Arosa aims to ships out products as soon as possible, however sometimes delays may occur due to things outside of the company's control. Estimated shipping time is between 10-20 business days. Arosa is not responsible for shipping times or delays. Once the package has left our warehouse it is out of our control. No changes to the order or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been shipped.
